I’ve heard many founders complaining that developers are not taking their work all the way to the finish line.

In their own words: “they confuse code complete with in the hands of the users.

The new feature doesn’t resist any first test pass, “it is like they are not testing their own code.

What they don’t tell is how they are enabling developers to hide in scope creep. It is always tempting for developers to work on new stuff.

If you want your developers to test their own code, make the “in the hands of the users” the main goal and stop increasing the feature’s scope.
