That’s not entirely true. A better statement is, “almost everyone is ignoring your … <place your content>”

Out of 753 people, only 38 opened your email. Out of 75,381 people, only 113 visited your site.

What should you do then? Ignore them back. The first group is like the avocado’s skin, it is useless. A better approach is to focus on the second group. Learn more about them, so you can tune your audiences and content.
