They are GDPR and CCPA compliant, which is a must these days if you want to survive by selling a tracking tool.
They are putting the responsibility on the hands of the account owners, and ask you to do not collect personal data.
They also provide privacy settings to make sure you are protecting user’s privacy.
It is not working with privacy plugins like Ghostery. Still, you can get a really good picture of how your users are interacting with your site or app.
