We are in 2020, and to this day, there is no easy way to connect with an API and export the data to a CSV file.
The closest thing you could get is the Supermetrics’ connector from JSON to Google Spreadsheet.
This means if you want a weekly email report with a CSV file containing the negative feedback actions your users took on your Facebook Page, you need to code this feature.
There is a lesson here: you either hire a developer, learn how to code, or wait for services like Zapier or Supermetrics to catch up. Chances are you need this right away, and you can’t wait.
